Abstract
A memorial album of the 1979 Nippon Animation Co., Ltd. anime series of "Anne of Green Gables". The anime was directed by Isao Takahata and the scene setting and layout was done by Hayao Miyazaki who would later go on to found Studio Ghibli together. The album includes interviews, storyboards, art, a brief history of Prince Edward Island, and a history of the novel and L.M. Montgomery.
